We prepare all checks for vendor payments and invoices for your customers. We can receive all payments from clients and deposit directly into your business accounts. We will also manage your collection items by preparing collection letters, if necessary. We will provide you with all the reports you need affiliated with this service.

We offer on-site and virtual QuickBooks training for your business. We will assist you in setting up your QuickBooks account.
We are also available to you for guidance and to answer any questions you may have about using the software. We offer this service for all clients not just those who have had us setup their QuickBooks accounts.
We will track all of your employees and prepare either paychecks or direct deposits for your employees. We will also process all payroll tax obligations for your employees. We can also assist you in providing your employee with benefits such as 401K, medical/dental insurance and supplemental insurance; if necessary.
Our office will also gladly and efficiently prepare all of the necessary tax forms; 1099’s, W2’s, etc. for your employees.
We are available to facilitate mortgage closings. We travel to deliver loan documents to borrowers, oversee the signing and return the documents to the Title Company or signing service.
